Our Special Education Department offers Academic Support Services and Reading Intervention programs.
Academic Support Services
Offered to students who may need academic assistance outside the classroom. A SpEd teacher will assist your child, and help reinforce classroom lessons, with the frequency of sessions depending on your child’s needs.
Reading Intervention Program
For students who may need further enrichment in their reading skills. Our teachers can assist them in improving their vocabulary, decoding, comprehension, and fluency.
These services are available for an additional fee per session. Parents/guardians of TLC students may inquire with their child’s class adviser. These services are also open to the wider local student community, subject to availability in schedule.
Our sister organization, MAGIS Creative Spaces, also offers developmental therapies – mainly Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy, for the habilitation and rehabilitation of skills in fine and gross motor, focus and attention, socialization, and speech and language. All sessions are held in the campus, providing a TLC student with a seamless experience of learning under one roof.
