PRESCHOOL

Both parents and applicant are to be interviewed and evaluated by the Preschool coordinator. Age requirement per level are:

• Pre Nursery (PN) 2.5–3.5 years old
• Nursery (N) 3.6–4.5 years old
• Kindergarten (K) 4.6–5.5 years old

GRADE SCHOOL

Applicants from Prep to Grade 5 are required to take and pass an entrance examination and interview. Transferees for Grade 6 are accepted on a case to case basis. TLC does not accept transferees for Grade 7. Documentary requirements are as follows:

• Application Form - information sheet properly filled out
• photo copy of Birth Certificate
• photo copy of Baptismal Certificate
• photo copy of Report Card of the most recent school year attended
• Letter of Recommendation from the head of the school last attended
• Certificate of Good Moral Character from the head of the school last attended
• 2 ID sized photos - 1” x 1”

INCLUSION PROGRAM/SPED

Applicants at all levels will have to undergo an evaluation by a SPED teacher and/or coordinator. Documents they have to submit are as follows: 

• photo copy of Birth Certificate
• photo copy of Baptismal Certificate
• photo copy of Report Card of the previous school year
• an evaluation report from a therapist if the child is undergoing therapy
• psycho educational report or a diagnostic report from a clinical psychologist or developmental pediatrician
